| Why do you define yourself as a Legal Designer? | My work focuses on making contracts and legal information more useful and usable. I am a lawyer on a mission, dedicated to helping people and businesses succeed and prevent unnecessary problems. I am a contract designer. For me, contract design involves designing all aspects of contracts, including the legal aspects. It also involves designing the contracting process and its outcomes so that they work for people and enable them to reach their objectives, whether business, personal, or legal objectives. |
